History and Heritage
The foundation of the business was laid in 1886 when Lamson Paragon was formed in Canning Town, London.
In the early 1900s, it expanded throughout Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia, developing its document creation business. The company merged with Moore, a US print group, in the 1970s to create Moore Paragon, which became the world's first global print company.
Grenadier Group purchased the European document and labels businesses from Moore in 1998 and since then has continued consolidation, growth and acquisitions.
The Group rebranded as Paragon and is now the European leader in advanced solutions for documents, tickets, labels and print management. It supplies a full product and service portfolio from 7 manufacturing facilities and 14 sales offices to over 70 countries worldwide.
