More colour from Paragon

Paragon have recently enhanced their printing capabilities with the purchase of two full new colour presses, presenting the opportunity for customers across Europe to add colour and value to their business and marketing print.

The two Sanden colour presses, amongst the best in the market in terms of quality and speed, are to be installed at the Sunderland plant in the UK and at Cosne in France. The 9 colour press in Sunderland will allow Paragon to offer colourful promotional and business print, whist the new press with flexo unit in Cosne will be dedicated to commercial print, in particular for post and transport applications such as integrated labels.

As one of Europe’s leading print manufacturers, Paragon continue to strengthen the range and quality of their colour printing services, through the implementation of new and efficient technologies. In today’s European marketplace, businesses need high quality colour printed materials and Paragon can deliver cost effective solutions for even the most specific demands.  These two new acquisitions bring to 14 the number of presses with 6 to 10 colours owned by Paragon and will further broaden existing technologies, which already include a Xerox Docuprint 180, Scitex and CTP devices. Combined with Paragon’s printing expertise, the new presses will allow businesses across Europe to benefit from the added value that colour can bring.

The use of colour can greatly enhance the presentation of many business documents. Colour captures attention and can ultimately project a better image to customers. These new presses enable Paragon to offer high quality solutions to the growing number of businesses that are keen to add colour to their print, including direct mail, marketing and promotional literature and also general business print, such as bill forms and delivery notes that are today increasingly colourful.

Says Paddy Crean, Grenadier Holdings Chief Executive: These purchases are part of a strategy aimed at offering brand new capabilities for customers. Paragon will continue to make investments, delivering added-value solutions in the future.”
