Paragon Group UK Ltd enhances print management offering with Aiza acquisition

Paragon Group UK Ltd has extended its business portfolio with the acquisition of Aiza. The acquisition further enhances Paragon’s Europe-wide print management expertise.

Based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire, Aiza is a business solution provider centred around print, consumables and stationery portfolios. As well as print management, its offer includes document management, general office supplies, e-commerce and imaging services.

Paragon’s Managing Director, Iain Black said: “The decision to acquire Aiza supports our continuing growth strategy and will further enhance our specialist print management capabilities. For the last few years, print management has proven to be of particular significance to Paragon, representing sales of £30m in the UK and a total of £60m globally.”

He adds: “With a continuing drive to promote future successes within our business and maintain our position as a leading player within the market place the acquisition of Aiza has enhanced our position and will ultimately result in a stronger overall offering for our customers.”

In the next 6 to 12 months, Aiza will re-brand as Paragon and will be integrated within the businesses portfolio, comprising four sites in the UK and sister companies throughout Europe.
