On Tuesday 4th December Paragon Customer Communications were delighted to take home a Silver Award at the 2018 Direct Marketing Awards, as they were commended in the Health and Wellness category.
Held at Old Billingsgate in London, the awards bring together the leading lights of the industry to celebrate some of the best campaigns of the previous year.
Paragon’s First Year “My Bupa” Email Journey campaign for our client Bupa was recognised by the DMA’s famously hard to please judges.
The campaign’s aim was to help Bupa identify how they could refine their existing customer journey, also provided by Paragon CC, in order to improve customer engagement, reduce churn, and build brand advocates over the first year of their membership.
The “My Bupa” campaign was a huge success for our client, driving down lapse rates and increasing retention among targeted customers. Driven by the latest technology and Paragon’s communications experts, the campaign ensured that our client got exactly what they wanted: engaged customers with an improved overall experience.
