Paragon Group, the leading provider of customer communications, identification and graphics services, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Imprimus Limited which will become part of Paragon Customer Communications’ business in the UK. Imprimus, formerly known as Stralfors UK, has an annual turnover of around £14m; following the acquisition Paragon Group revenues will exceed €700m during the coming financial year.
The investment in Imprimus is in line with Paragon Group’s strategy to actively integrate complementary businesses in a positive way. With locations at Redruth and Dartford,
Imprimus is a successful business which enriches the operational capabilities of the Group in sphere of transactional communications.
Imprimus brings a strong management team to the business, to complement and work with the existing strong team at Paragon Customer Communications. Imprimus has a diverse product portfolio, which will complement solutions already offered by Paragon, particularly around postage optimisation and digital channels. There is very little cross over between client bases of the two companies.
